Hopefully everyone's holidays went as well as mine...family, friends, new gadgets....I couldn't ask for more.

Speaking of new gadgets, I'm typing this entry from my new laptop. Yes, MINE. 105% owned by ME. Finally I can customize everything the way I want it, finally I can organize everything how I want it organized. And I HOPE my dad doesn't install all of his junk on this....if he does I will be just a little pissed. Haha I can say that word now because there's no censoring crap on this computer. Oh I love it. 2g of RAM, windows Vista, dual core...it's a beautiful machine. Faster than my home PC. My dad keeps saying "oh it's for school"...but with this baby's capabilities, I think I might have to install a few games too. What's he going to say? "Brian, you're not allowed to put programs onto YOUR laptop!"

Sorry, I'll stop bouncing off the walls soon enough. The reason I'm here it to postpone the writing of my college application essays. UGH. I need to quit the procrastination though...so this is where I end this. I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas

You're lucky you got a laptop. I specifically asked for no clothes this year and that's mostly what I got, along with a toy "For three months +".

Yeah, I didn't think a book would have a trailer, either. But I guess this one does?... I don't know, it's kind of weird. I'm thinking they're probably making a movie out of the series. If they do, I hope they get someone else to play Kartik. He is NOT the hottie I had imagined in my head. This needs to be changed.

Awesome Christmas! I've been wanting to get a laptop for school. It may have to wait 'til I get a car, though. A car is more needed than a computer, right now - I already have my own computer, it's just older and totally NOT portable (desktop). That thing is so heavy...

and yea, its a Nokia 5300 music express i'm using tzones on, so it is a pain in the ass! Well it became better once google translated the page for me to mobile mode.. but I'm getting used 2 it pretty good

I took the shot using the theater feature on the game. That's right. My shot. Then I uploaded it to my account on the Bungie site, saved it to my computer, and uploaded it everywhere else.

I edited mostly with Microsoft Picture It! Premium 10. I had to use MS Paint to slant the shadow, IrfanView to turn that into a GIF, and a nameless crap GIF animator to get rid of the background (blatant white square) that Paint put it. I gave the little "3" the same treatment, though now I can't remember why.

I had no idea how to pull off the curving with the ground effect, though I did think about it. And, seriously, does MC's shadow look natural? The sun is right in front of him, and his shadow veers off to another direction. I think there WAS another light source.

It's implied. Hahaha. I guess I'd better check out the Gimp, having heard about it TWICE now. Hmm.

I don't have any games installed on my laptop because I need to find games which are compatible with Vista and I am lazy to go game shopping. Well, good to know that your christmas was amazing.

Good luck with your college essays. I have this friend who sends me his to read and tell him of my opinion and the essays sound so hard to write.

Yea, I was in gymnastics some years ago but I gave up because of a few problems and to focus on my studies.
